Paradai Thai Chocolate Bars

Paradai Chocolate is a Small Thai maker with incredible craftsmanship, working with special isolated micro-regions and separating some special genetics like the Red Pod to showcase gorgeous, distinct flavor profiles in each bar. Paradai shot to the forefront last year as they cleared the stage with a dozen awards from both the International Chocolate Awards and the Academy of Chocolate. Their entire production also happens in-country, assuring that the economic value and jobs stay with the Thai people.

Paradai NAKHON SI- RED POD, 70% Dark Chocolate. One of my absolute favorites, even the color of the beans lends the bar a naturally mahogany color. Carefully selected and sorted for their unique genetic profile, this bar has strong yet balanced notes of red fruit and light acidity, while somehow staying creamy and decadent. It has won many awards, including the International Chocolate Awards World Gold in 2023 and several awards in 2025.

Paradai CHANTHABURI 70% Dark Chocolate, winner of the International Chocolate Awards World Final 2022: PARADAi won the Overall Winner title ("Best Dark Chocolate in the World"), World Silver in 2023 and the Eurobean 2025 ‘Chocolate Bar of the Year.’ This bar is also rich in fruity complexity that continues to evolve in your mouth long after the melt has finished.

Paradai NAKHON SI THANNARAT 75% Dark Chocolate is a bit of a ‘dark horse,’ receiving less attention at festivals but still holding a silver award from the Academy of Chocolate back in 2020 and taking Gold in 2021 and 2023.
