Chocolate & Wine Double Masterclass: Tasting and Pairing
This unique course is a combined Masterclass, co-hosted by Lisa Allen and Cynthia Coutu of Delectabulles. Learn how to attune your senses and identify flavors and aromas as you taste different types of wine and fine aroma bean to bar chocolates from different origins. Using the scientifically backed methods of the International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting, Lisa will guide you through a deep dive into the factors and processes that help the purest cocoa beans to grow and be turned into gold standard small batch chocolate - and of course taste them like a pro! Then, Cynthia will introduce you to several types of wine and help you to understand not only how they are made, but how and why they may (or may not at all) pair well with the various chocolates.
Each participant will receive a customized notebook packed with information and plenty of space to keep your own notes.
Palate cleansers and light snacks will also be provided, along with still and sparkling water.

725€ for a private course with up to 4 participants, 100€ for each additional.
Location: This experience takes place in one of your hosts’ chic Parisian homes in the 15th arrondissement, or can be organized on site in your home, rental or hotel suite.
