I nthe village of Mbingu, Tanzania, the Kokoa Kamili team expertly ferments beans gathered from over 5000 small local farms. Nate, one of Dandelion’s expert roasters, sets the temperatures at the low end of the range to bring out the unexpected tangy fruit notes. Official flavor profile includes kiwi, crème fraîche and honeysuckle, but everyone tastes something unique!
