As the 2025 chocolate season heats up, the plans for our dedicated chocolate and pastry boutique & workshop are getting underway!

Rencontre Cacao will be an exceptional address in Paris. At its heart a center for chocolate education that brings together all the best things about the best chocolate and cacao in the world: a sit down café space to enjoy single origin pastries, cookies, and hot drinks made from single origin chocolate and locally roasted coffee, books to read, workshops to do it yourself, events, lectures and of course Lisa’s curated collection of Bean to Bar Craft Chocolate tablets and products you can take home with you.

It’s a huge undertaking though, and we need your help to make this dream a reality. Currently accepting ‘pre-seed’ donations to help get the lease signed and give us some momentum. You will receive a simple certificate for now, and eventually be inscribed on the ‘Cacao Tree of Life’ in the space, unless you prefer to remain anonymous.

Feel free to add as many ‘products’ to your basket to increase your donation. For example, leave the quantity at 1 for a 50€ donation, or set it to 5 to make it 250€ :).
