Lucid Chocolatier was created by a young pastry chef and designer Johnty, on his parents’ farm in rural New Zealand. His obsessive attention to detail and knowing every nuance of each region of Peru’s genetic diversity and complex cacao has led to some incredible bars. Each one represents a very tight range of genetic cacao beans, region, and /or individual farm. This bar is a Gran Blanco de Piura, the rare white beans being farmed in the Ma Pareja region and farmed by Joe Huachez.
