26 March 2026, 10h30: Unlocking the secrets to Great Chocolate! Introductory Tasting
Have you heard about all the wonderful health benefits of well-made chocolate, but were never sure how to identify and find the right stuff?
Initiate yourself into the world of fine flavor craft chocolate tasting in this immersive and social yet educational event, learning all about how great chocolate gets transformed from a seed to a treat. You’ll experience the richness of flavor profiles you can find in great chocolate, much like you’d expect to find in great wines, and learn how to identify the subtle complexities. Feel and smell real beans from several different origins, taste a 100% cacao sample and be blown away by how delicious it is.
We will then explore a curated selection of award winning artisan chocolate from Latin America, interpreted by artisans based in Canada, Brazil, the UK and Peru. Then make a unique comparison of chocolates made with beans from the same region of Chanthaburi, Thailand, but interpreted by different artisans. Many of these chocolates are not available elsewhere in Paris, so you are in for a real treat!
