Paris Sugar Crawl

Join Lisa on your very own ‘bespoke’ walking tour of Paris’s sweeter side! each Sugar Crawl is custom-designed to your neighborhood of choice, specific interests, and how much walking you really want to do… There are dozens of food tours available but Lisa brings you the unique perspective of a fully trained Pastry Chef, a Paris resident, and over 15 years’ experience as a teacher all over the world. Your tour will also include more than your fill of curated tastings, one drink while you rest your feet, and plenty of time to shop for gifts and things to bring home.

Tours are generally 3-3.5 hours, but can be made shorter if desired.

450€ for up to 4 participants, 79€ for each additional.

Tour ‘Tout Chocolat’

In this unique 2-hour action-packed experience, you and your family will explore the Food of the Gods from half a dozen angles! First, Lisa will give you a private lesson in how chocolate is made, and how to appreciate it better as you taste different kinds. Then, a 45-minute walking tour of several of Paris’s top chocolatiers, including tastings, will open your eyes to the world of fine bonbons and bean to bar chocolate. Finally, return to thee Edwart Atelier for a 1 hour tempering demonstration and hands-on workshop to create your very own molded chocolates to take home. Families and children are always welcome!

This experience lasts approximately 2 hours, for groups up to 6 people.

450€ for up to 3 participants, 89€ for each additional.

Champagne & Chocolate Masterclass

This unique course is a combined Masterclass, co-hosted by Lisa and Champagne Connoisseur Cynthia Coutu of Delectabulles. Learn how to attune your senses and identify flavors and aromas as you taste several champagnes and Grand Cru chocolates from different origins. We will also work together to create several different ganache-filled chocolates and pair them with the various champagnes, according to each participant’s personal preferences. Each participant also leaves with a small box of our freshly made chocolates in an elegant Edwart gift bag.

Light savory snacks included, along with still and sparkling water and coffee.

3 hours

825€ for a private course, up to 4 participants, 100€ for each additional.

For those short on time or preferring to keep their hands clean, we offer a similar experience without preparing chocolates from scratch. This experience may take place in one of your hosts’ chic Parisian home.

2 hours.

600€ for up to 4 participants, 70€ for each additional.
